This is a question I get asked a lot, and I have difficulties to answer that special type of question. Thats because there are so many theories on whats works the best for any given situation.

If you aim at weightloss the answer to “how often should I take apple cider vinegar” is this:

From some studies where the involved people used two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar each meal. It resulted in a yearly weightloss of 15 pounds. This specific study was documented on a woman, and she did no changes to her diet, exept that she had to drop fastfoods and other general fat foods.

So if your goal is to loose weight, two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar is the general rule. Try it out and report back to me.

I also want to encourage you to answer this question in the comments below, so you can compare how often you take apple cider vinegar with others.

For myself I used to take apple cider vinegar as a pill, I followed the instructions on the box and it recommended two to four pills a day, taken in with breakfest and with some evening food. You shouldn’t take it without food in your stomach, as it is a kind of acid.

So please leave a comment about how often you take apple cider vinegar?
